Our gourmet week-ends offer the opportunity to enjoy a slice of life in a french home, together with the experience of shopping for seasonal produce at local market and learning to transform the ingredients into beautifully presented gourmet meals.
Our gourmet week-ends offer the opportunity to enjoy a slice of life in a french home, together with the experience of shopping for seasonal produce at local market and learning to transform the ingredients into beautifully presented gourmet meals.
Saturday morning : we will visit a local market to discover regional produce and learn how to choose the best fruits and vegetables.
Saturday lunch time : enjoy a buffet lunch on the terrace or under the olive trees if the weather permits. Lunch can include “charcuterie”, local specialities, goat cheeses, olives, various breads, salads and dessert.
Saturday afternoon : time for the cooking class. Together, we will prepare the evening meal.
Saturday evening : time for dinner ! We will enjoy the food we have prepared together with matching local wines.
Sunday morning : today, we will learn to make “pâtisserie”, for example chestnut muffins, biscuits and other delicacies to take away with you !
